Everyone here at EA is getting ready for the launch of EA Montreal's Need for Speed NITRO.  All of you have seen the videos and screen shots we've posted in the past couple months but NITRO is the type of game where the videos and screen shots don't really do it justice.

Don't get that statement wrong, the game is visually stunning and the videos / screen shots do a good job at showing off how great the game looks.  The thing is, the game is really, really fun to play.  Until you get the controller in your hand and actually get to experience the 60fps game play, you won't really know how great NITRO is.  There's something about boosting through a long turn at 200mph with the cops on your tail that's immensely satisfying. 

NITRO got the Nintendo Wii Best of E3 2009 & Nintendo DS Best of E3 2009 for racing awards back in June.  The bottom line is don't take our word for it, check out the stories on IGN.com.  Even better, on November 3rd go to your local games store and try out the game.  We're pretty sure that you'll really enjoy the game.
